Shipping
US domestic shipping
Shipping on all orders placed within the United States will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $12.00. Most items in my shop are MADE TO ORDER (unless otherwise specified) and take 1-3 weeks to process plus time to ship. An email or text will be sent to you with an update regarding the status of your order, and it’s projected processing time.
Shipping times range between 2-5 days for the continental US, up to a week for Alaska & Hawaii.
Packages with a value of over $300.00 will require a signature from the recipient to be delivered.
International shipping
Shipping on all orders placed internationally will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $60.00. Shipping times can take up to 3 weeks.
Bridal Shipping Costs
Gowns will be shipped for a flat rate of $50.00, domestically, $100.00 internationally. Non gown Bridal pieces will be shipped for a flat rate of $35.00, domestically, $75.00 internationally.
Returns
Bridal Returns & Cancellations
We offer a full refund if you decide to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@shoplaunion.com to notify us of your desire to cancel. If you are returning a shipped garment, you have 7 days to claim your free return and full refund. After 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund and free return shipping.
Items with custom pattern making are NOT eligible for returns.
Items with a customized train length ARE eligible for returns.
Return Cost - Non Bridal
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returned items on all non bridal pieces.
30 Days to Return - Non Bridal
Items are accepted as returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@shoplaunion.com before shipping your item back.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, if approved. Please reach out to us at before sending your item back.
Lost Parcels
If an item was delivered to the wrong address due to a clerical error on our behalf, a refund may be issued if the delivery and error can be confirmed.
If an item was marked “delivered” but the recipient was unable to retrieve the parcel because of theft or carrier error, La Union Filipiniana bears no responsibility for the lost package and a refund may not be granted. It is the responsibility of the recipient to notify La Union Filipiniana if there need to be any special arrangements made with shipping so that we can ensure that packages get to our clients safely.
